About the Event

The Aspire Career Summit 2026, hosted by the team at First Work, is a career fair and exploration event connecting young people facing barriers to employment with industries and opportunities they may have never experienced before.

Aspire broadens horizons, helping jobseekers discover the range of exciting career pathways available to them in the future, with first steps brought straight to the Summit from across Ontario’s labour market.

Each year, this FREE event welcomes 1000+ jobseekers of all ages from across the Greater Toronto Area who are eager to explore new sectors, connect with employers, and gain practical tools for success.
